Remember, it is up to you to respond as best as you can as quickly as you can, to re-set yourself and infuse yourself with positive, beautiful frequency
especially after taking a bit of a battering, or a lot, from life challenges.
Respond, rather than react.
The sooner you act, the quicker you will feel better and then you will be able to build upon this feeling to really reset yourself, and continue.

Here are some suggestions to get you going. Both were used in our day. Both absolutely create with the frequency and intention of raising the vibration of you and the planet. Both have at the foundation of all their work, creating with Divine intent, in effect, co-creating with the Divine for the highest good of all.
As my teachers, all those they know, teach, throughout their lives, me, all those I have helped and taught, and still will, you, all those you know, and so on and so on, you see, how we are all connected, all spreading the Light, each not realising how much the planet is raising in frequency due to our Love for our planet and all we share it with.
Suggested Songs and Albums:
Use These In Your Personal Care Routine, in you Daily Focus on Divine Light and High Vibration and remember, just 1 second is all it takes to link into it and you are connected, held, infused and your frequency is raising.
Meditation, even just sitting listening, just being, receiving beautiful high vibraition sound; your positive thought (trust, grace, peace, calm, health, all is well, etc), and your focus on Love, Light and Divine Connection, links to the World Wide Web of Light from you.
There is no linear time in reality. You can literally affect the past, future, your energy grows and expand all the Light, all the Good that is for the Highest Good of All, which includes you.
These will help you daily, especially during or immediately after challenges.
Get used to acting, not reacting and know you are not alone, you are part of a huge Divine Light movement here exactly for this purpose, now.
Two Prayers I Use as needed:
If you are doing this day, feel free to start including these, edit them to what expresses you but include something in a daily connection that supports your Divine Light and keep saying this or the other one as you walk through life and all that crosses your path. Take back control, turn up the Light and shine brightly within your connection to Source. We are Spiritual Energetic Beings, within a human form. We all at times, take a battering. Just daily, focus on your Light, remember you are a Divine Spark.
Prayer 1:
I am a sentient sovereign being.
As a Divine Spark the pure Light cleanses and purifies me with perfect frequency and Divine precision all of the levels of my being, to the highest vibration and original blueprint from within the Heart of Creation illuminated by the Light of the Divine which affords, ultimate protection.
My body radiates health, strength and vitality to support my Highest Purpose here at this time.
My Divine Spark protects not only myself but my loved ones, our home and all the animals, trees, plants, water and air past, present and future.
My Sovereign-self is fully activiated to my full Divine potential.
My crystalline architecture is cleansed, energised and vibrating in Divine unity with my highest purpose.
I am healed
I am balanced
I am haromonised
I am Light that illumines my way and shines brightly upon the earth for the Highest Good of All.
Prayer 2:
My Divine Crystalline Architecture is Illuminated. It eradictes, cleanses, heals, harmonises, protects me and all around me, surrounds my whole raising my frequency enabling me to be a force for good, in service to the Divine, the All, the One.
All attempts to destroy, change, hijack, dim my Divine Light through unnatural additions to harm my body, placed in the water, air, food, use of frequencies to harm or control, fear, all shades and forms of darkness not of pure Divine intent, are futile.
All not of the Divine created to harm the Light within dissolves instantly it reaches the edge of my vibration and all attempts to transmute my Divine Light into anything other than that which I Am, FAIL and are gathered by the Light into the LIght so nothing else is harmed by it.
I am a child of the Divine Source.
My Divine Spark is ever growing, stronger illiminating as all who are remembering their Light create an ever brighter Divine Light here on earth now.
I am connected to the Divine Light Web throughout the planet, forming ever ever stronger illumination that destroys the darkness with its Divine Brilliance, as it engulfs evil intent and in so doing, raises the frequency of the planet and all that share Her, to that of the Divine Source.
