A guided meditation
As a hypno-psychotherapist I love doing this. They are the perfect way to immerse you in today's vibrations, gently move out of the travel to the venue and time before this benchmark day, and of course, to invite in the Divine to illuminate, guide and protect our day.
I bring in the Light, I shine it brightly in our hearts, our minds, our whole being, I ignite our own
Divine Spark by asking the Divine to do this and to radiate Divine Love into each of us, blessing our Co-Creating hours.
I get your subconscious mind on board to help you gain the most from all we do today,
and confirm our combined intention, we are here for your Highest Good of All.
Then I thank your Guides, Healing Helpers, Angles, Beings of Light, Loving Ancestors, all who are with you and ask them to support you in this beautiful work and to help and facilitate the ongoing progress in the weeks and months to come.
After, out come the sweetest little Angel Card deck. You each pull an Angel Card to see who new has come in specifically for you now. Remember the 5 combined bring forward an Angelic host to
support our group work today too.
Then share, why are you here?
No need to discuss the whole story, just the why: fear, grief, healing, physical challenge, general help, unfocused, need help knowing your purpose, etc. Then each write it down on a piece of paper.
Screw it up in a little ball, place it on our day's altar I made for us earlier, as these will be used right at the end for use in our Shamanic Fire or Water Ceremony (depending on the weather).
Vision walk
With your mind focused on the help you seek, you go out for a
beautiful Vision Walk. We talk about this first, what it is, etc then out we go. Forest, lakes, to be amongst the trees, flora, forna and wild animals prey not predator! I am around should you need to ask anything and so you do not get lost. Maybe, you want to sit peacefullly by the lake, watching the Kingfishers. Maybe you want to sit within the Willow on the lake island,
and just 'be' receiving your answers, held within her many delicate arms,
protecting you as you commune with her years' old wisdom. Sit or walk or a bit of each. Do what you feel you are guided to, looking up, around, hug a tree, sit with plants. Explore, expand your. I am around if you want to ask me anything as you go. Notebooks with you just in case.
This Vision Walk is to open you to the messages that come through the Heart of Creation from the natural world, of which we are a part, and trust communication and help will come to you, as you
see, listen, sense what is for you. One step is still a step. Not many receive a whole new life vista but some do. You get what you need.
When we truly become a part of nature, actually be within Her, Her peace, Her calm, Her beauty, all Her living beings, nurture us. Mother Nature is healing. Her colours, her scent, her look, and breath, her water, her vibrations. We respect the animals and in life, understand only humans hurt with intent for no reason other than power. Animals attack only to eat, or, when feel threatened so are protecting themselves.
You watch the animals, her trees, all the plants and flowers, maybe sit upon her earth, or lay back and watch the clouds go by, or feel the sun on your skin and watch the birds? Do you note her breath rustling Her trees, as you each allow and open your heart to receive Her communication, I wonder what will come? Is it as simple as realising you need more peace in your life? More just sitting in nature to relax you and re-set your energy? Or do you get an absolute bullseye moment of realisation that you needed? We shall see!

Chrystalline Healing
Next! Time to relax. Really, relax. Now you get to lay back, or sit comfortably, be open, allow yourself to recieve and accept gratitude 'as if', and accept what is gifted to you through thoughts, feelings,
senses, pictures, peace and crystalline vibrations. Or, sleep if that is what you need. Whatever else you need, you'll recieve anyway.
I play the Alchemy Crystal Bowls that you choose first, from my collection. These bowls you feel drawn to, have effects when played singularly upon you and the others listening too, and when I play them together in a set, this brings in another, new high vibration and frequency for you. The difference between a soloist and an orchestra. In addition is the added piquent of my, and our, focus and intention, of turning up to brilliance, your inner Divine Spark, and creating an environment of clear frequency for what you need to receive today, and in the following days/weeks
as these hours of co-creation, bear abundant, beautiful fruit.
As these stunning bowls sing their beautiful tones into each level of your being, the vibrations connect with your internal crystals and your subtle energy fields, transmuting, raising, clearing, softening, harmonising your whole being, for your highest good, healing and recalibration (our intention is set remember). The 5 bowls, 1 chosen by each including me, are exactly what you need, today, for where you are, at this moment in time.
I play each bowl individually. Where does it resonate? What feelings, colours, pictures, memories does it elicit? Where in your body, mind, heart or soul does it touch? Or have you simply relaxed, let go, and gone into that sress-free zone where healing can happen? I then play them together. What happens now when their joined harmonies or even binaureal tones reach into your energy field? If binaureal are needed, the bowls we each pick will bring it in! Where do you feel this now? What do you sense?
What has changed, moved, progressed from the original single bowls sounded to now all 5? Do you feel these vibrations somewhere in your body even? Or have you again, zoned out and in an internal place of total peace, calm, even much needed sleep?
Whatever happens is perfect.
These bowls are for all levels of our being. Played together I see them as an Ode to Spirit even,
after all, the crystals and gems these bowls are comprised of, are created by the Divine too within the Heart of Creation, Mother Earth, then with the focus and intentions of the craft of creating high vibrational healing tools through the intention of their creators at Crystal Tones.
(A little aside about energy. . . You see your energy is not an island. We each affect one another. What happens here today, Diving into Divine High Vibration, positively affects not only you but we 5. But that is not all, we also, simultaneously radiate out to the whole world and out into the Cosmos for eternity. Soundwaves do not stop travelling just because you no longer hear them).

The guided meditation, Alchemy Crystal Bowls and Vision Walk, have prepared you for the many languages of pictures, colours, symbols and words, through
Card Decks.
For guidance, confirmation, clarifty, comfort, love and illumination through their energy, pictures, words, colours and symbols. What do they say to you? I encourage you to take a photo as we gain other insight over time, when they are looked at home. This is where they show you what you need to know now and the way you ask the question is important. Do you have a specific question/s? Or, are you happy to trust, and simply ask 'show me what you know I need to know?'
You each quickly scan my shelves of decks, use your intuition, and make a choice. Each time you follow your intuition choosing the crystal bowls without reading what they are, choosing the decks just from the spine you see on the shelf, the drums too all hidden away, trusting you will choose exactly
the ones you need to help you today develops your listening to your inner voice and feel your senses. The more you listen and trust, the more finely honed your conversation with Spirit becomes and the more easily you can co-create with the Divine in life, day to day.
You learn how to listen, how to turn up the volume.
Not everyone is blessed with being able to always and easily communicate with Source, our Guides, Angels, Great Masters or Beings of Light.
Card Decks are languages. You'll be drawn to which deck will help you best today.
I guide you in a simple use of them, and you can do this at home, if you do not already.
(A story about when I used the cards recently. The photo below of cards beneath a photo of my darling dog Lily is because I needed help after a really traumatic event. Lily had epilepsy. She was my soul-mate. I had been working with her intensely in addition to her meds, for 2 years when at 1 year old, Lily had her first fit. Lily had gone weekly fits to 2 month gaps to this clear 6 mths. When she drowned I was shocked, heart broken, unable to do anything except the card decks because all I had to do was ask, then use them and see the words. Nothing complicated. You see, as Lily fitted, she ran, I lost track of her and found her just minutes too late in the water by our house. I jumped in, called my friend and we lifted her 40kg warm body out on to the side as I gently held her head out of the water, placing her on the grass. I grabbed a chair, we lifted her body over it, to help clear the lungs. We tried for 30mins to revive her, as we found a whisper of a heartbeat, but, the vet confirmed Lily had gone when he arrived. All our eyes welled up. Lily was such a beautiful soul. I was devestated. With the shock, my years of knowledge left my head, I couldn't do any deep thinging or pick up on subtle energies. I was so worried she having fitted, what would Lily know arriving on the other side . . . would she be confused, was she ok? I used simple beautiful Angel Cards. The 3 cards that answered my question, 'is LIly ok?' Angels of Harmony, Angel of Clarity, Angel of Acceptance at a door, showing the way. The answer could not have been clearer to me. I cried. My beautiful Lily was ok at peace, free. The rest I will share on our day. You can see the cards, I will briefly cover the questions I asked and the answers which are very easy to understand. This is an example of how they can help us when trauma so upsets our equlibrium, shock numbs our senses, tears fill our hearts, we just need loving, Divnely guided, help that we can do ourselfves. At these times we simple, sometimes almost child-like tools such as card decks, that are created by beautifuly souls, to help and guide us in life. You just use the ones you are fully drawn to.)
Finally,
Shamanic Practices.
At the beginning of the day, I began a practice of moving your focus onto paper, screwing it up into a ball, handing it onto the altar, setting the intent of help moving within it in all the hours today. Now, using my sacred Shamanic Drums, Rattles or Gong whichever you feel drawn to from my personal items, you choose what you now need for this final piece of today's co-creating. The drums are in cases, so you really need to follow your gut feeling as to which drum draws you to it because you cannot see it!
This section is to confirm all the work done prior, crossing the 't's and dotting the 'i's that we have facilitate the dissolving of unhelpful energy within you, wherever these sticky energies have been hiding in internal nooks and crannies affecting you in your body, mental acitivity, unbalanced emotions, whether from stuff at home, work, TV, social media, ill-health, whatever, wherever. The drums, rattles, gong, chimes are penetrating, sweeping up, and,
in the place of what was wherever it sat in you, whether in fascia, muscle, thoughts, emotions, Divine Light immediatly illuminates with no time inbetween. Energy that is dissolved leaves a void, focus and intention powerfully fills this with Divine Love, and full beam Light flooding it.
I also use this section to wake you up!
To bring up your energy, to fill you with life, vibrancy, energy even laughter
as drumming is uplifting and fun too. Yes, you meet your drum or rattle or gong, you connect,
share what you feel holding it, touching it. Then, we get active and I will guide you, if you are new to this.
I Have Also Included . . .
in my focus and intention today, that our work includes your ancestral lineage, bringing in Gratitude, Light, Illumination, Healing, Resolution, and Release into Peace, into the Heart of the Divine if needed. The doorway is LOVE, as without them you would not be here at all.
You share your ancestors' DNA, and this day is about the Ultimate Creator, Source Light, Cosmos, it is about co-creating with the Divine, the One, the Universe, Highest of the High whatever the term you use and I want to include all those who are in each of our story, of how we came to be here, this moment in time, now.
The Divine is neither confined by time nor space, does not need a lead time, is here, there and everywhere simultaneously and past, present and future occur simultaneously which is basic Quantum Physics. Even Einstein confirmed that time is not actually, linear.

The final symbol of transmutation, of dissolving, of releasing of letting go and entrusting the final vestiges into the Heart of Creation through Fire or Water.

This is the end of an expansive and illuminating day with 4 like-minded, high vibrating souls each meant to meet the other, and like fire-flies, to shine beautifully and brightly, together,
illuminating the Cosmos with LOVE and Divine Light and your shared desire to heal yourselves, your ancestors and the world.
What Happens After Our Day Ends?
The next 3-6 months you can keep in contact, see me privately in-person or on-line if you wish
but this is deep work, and requires time for these hours to come to fruition and build upon the what you already felt today.
I will be sharing things you can continue to do at home that connect you to the Divine Light to turn it up, for yourself when goings-on we know affect us adversely. You can then focus on your inner Divine Spark, re-set yourself and in so doing, continue to conciously raise the vibrational frequency of the planet, join my light, those in this class you met, which joins all those I know, work with am taught by, and so on out, out, out igniting the Light in world in a vast worldwide web of Light. The brighter the light, then darkness is engulfed by it and bit by bit, is eroded until it is gone or becomes of the Light.
