How This Day Came Into Being

​

I wanted to create a day devoted to personal, collective and global healing.

Our world is a mirror of the collective unconscious, to effect change,

we must do it through ourselves.

​

I then meditated and in a time of Co-Creating with The Divine,

this day has been born.

​

A day of focused energywork for you, 

whilst in our heart holding our planet, each other and all living beings we share it with.

That is 5 of us together, working consciously for ourselves, each other, all animals,

all living beings and our planet Herself, as we consciously move into our Divine Internal Spark,

and Co-Create through 6 hours.

​

The global re-set has placed us within an age old spiritual battle of

light versus dark, good versus evil.

The antidote to dark, is Light, Divine Light.

​​

Today you each Co-Create with the Divine yourself.

I too am Co-Creating with The Divine, being guided in my help to you.

Each day will have an element of the new as The Divine 

is Co-Creating with you and each day has different people.

As each has come to consciously connect more deeply with your

internal Divine Spark,

you are illuminating the ever expanding,

World Wide Web of Divine Light & Healing.

After your travel to me, we start with you resting back, a little stretch, close your eyes and

I will guide you into a beautiful place, moving you comfortably and peacefully, from the hustle and bustle of daily life, into the energy of infinite possibilities,

held within The Heart of Creation

illuminated, protected and guided by your internal, as I guide you to your

Divine Light which is the door to Co-Creating with The Divine.

Dr Mesaru Emoto​​

I explore with you, through the photographic evidence of the effect frequency has when​

through positive or negative thoughts and feelings, words spoken to and written on containers holding, water, seeds, or plants and the recorded effects to the cellular structure mirroring the fequency of what was projected at it. 

​

This is to help each of us today, to fully grasp the reality of the nature of your thoughts and focus,

that Dr Emoto's photographed water crystals reacting to positive or negative frequencies, show us.

He also did many other tests using large areas of polluted water, rice grains, seeds and plants,

for which he is famous for having devoted his life to.

His work really enables you to appreciate the importance of transmitted

frequencies from us, and,

how powerful they and we, are.

This knowledge moves through all the segments within this day.

Each one of you is Co-Creating with the Divine.

Co-Creating with the Divine, this codicil, protects us from ourselves.

the Fire Ceremony at the end of our day.

My focus for you today is this: 

To hold you in a beautiful enfolding wave of Divine Light and Love.

To connect you each more deeply with your inner Divine Spark,

and for us together,

to radiate our Light out into the Cosmos.

​

You are the barometer to your internal Spiritual climate,

you can consciously be the architect​

through thought, word and deed on what you transmit and what you attract.

Crystalline Healing with Alchemy Crystal Bowls ​

Our focus and intentions are now going to be magnified and transmitted into every level of our being, magnified by our own internal crystals which naturally transmits outwards into the Cosmos.

These beautiful Crystalline Beings are going to help you.

I play them for you, after each choose from my collection.

The bowls are Divine Beings, purest quartz crystal, gems, metals and minerals.

These interact and communicate with us through our internal crystalline architecture picking up

on our frequency and intentions.

As physical beings comprised of around 70 percent of internal waters,

and all our systems having individual rhythms that in health, work in perfect harmony.

These systems respond to rhythm, harmony, harmonics and frequency exactly as

Dr Emoto's photos show you how water crystals respond to negative and positive

focused frequency and intention.

The right sound 're-tunes' body systems back into states of coherence and balance.

Add heartfelt intention, focus our mind and we are Co-Creating with the Divine through them,

for our personal healing, and the Highest Good of All.

Every section in our day works through your filter of your set intention/s and

therefore you will be guided to the crystalline blend of gem,

metal and mineral Alchemy Bowl, to assist you with what you are here for today.

Played alone and as a set, each of the bowls are for you in some way,

even those the others choose.

  Nothing exists in isolation you see.

Your choice is for you but also for the others as I will show you.

Vision Walk in Nature​

Mother Nature harmonises our frequency, the colours, the plants and trees,

flora, fauna and all the animals. This enables you to breathe,

calms your nervous system, reconnects you to that which you are,

a part of nature, not apart from Her.

Held within Her abundant life, what do you notice, see, sense, feel?

Your filter is resonating with the vibrations of your set intention and goals.

Back in my practice room what you each discovered and experienced, is shared.​​​​​

Shamanic Drum & Rattle​

The rhythms, beats and pulses move into all our body's systems,

getting into any nooks and crannies where old stuff is still hanging on,

needing some more active sound vibrations to move them out.

Again, I have beautiful drums from all over the world.  You each choose one.

We gently dissipate with the drums' and rattles' vibrations what needs to be move,

again, linked with your heartfelt focus and intentions you already set.

 

We finish with fun, active, collaboration for exuberance and vitality,

to get you energised, ready to go home.

Fire Ceremony​​

Fire is the force that turns ignorance into knowing, fear into freedom, matter into Light.

Fire transforms, changing the very nature of what it touches.

 

Something old is consumed so that something higher can emerge through

warmth, light, transformation.

There is something even deeper though within this process.

Fire is not a thing or an object.  It is a process.

It is the state of matter remembering that it is and has always been, energy.

To observe fire is to witness stored energy returning to the Light and heat.

 

We too are not just a physical body we are a soul that has taken temporarily, a body.

We are the eternal fire that chose to become form.

It is memory.

Fire illuminates and transforms matter back into its original state of energy.

 

Everything in the Universe is from the One ultimate energy.

Everything is a Divine Spark expressing itself in infinite forms.

Today, we chose to join together,

Light up ourselves, each other, and the All, without our own brilliance diminishing.

The paper you put on our day's altar, with your frequency within the written intentions held your

focused intention that is the anchor of your day.

All the energy of today, personal and for each: frequency + intention = healing.

 

Now through the Fire, total release and transformation back into the Divine Light,

the igniting of the energy into returning these intentions of

personal and global help and healing, for the

Highest Good of All,

into The Heart of Creation.
